This reel is ideal when cables are stored out of reach or when they are exceptionally long and heavy. One person can easily pay out and retract even the heaviest cables.
This rugged industrial-grade reel is ideal for even the harshest environments. The basic reel is designed around Conductix-Wampfler's proven PowerReelTM designs. In place of the usual spring motor, a powerful gear motor and chain drive system does all the heavy lifting. The rugged, high-performance mechanical package coupled with Conductix’-Wamplfler's ProteanTM radio control provides benefits not previously available:
- Easy access to cables coming from a remote or out of the way location; no need to have a cord or hose dangling within reach
- Easy installation in existing facilities; no control wiring required
- Able to handle virtually any cable or hose you need to handle; cables from 3 - 36 conductors, ranging from 30 - 150 amp capacity, up to 200 feet long
The reel function is controlled by Conductix-Wampfler Protean Radio Controls.
